I'm sorry we didn't finish the Capital Punishment discussion however, I would think that most of you probably have formed your opinion. The Bible is clear that Capital Punishment is necessary. In Romans 13, the Apostle Paul instructs us that we are to obey human government that bears the sword. In other words, since God created government to maintain law and order, laws must be enforced.
